BWA Architecture was selected by the Massachusetts School Board Authority (MSBA) to provide design services to Massachusetts School Districts that were invited to apply for grants for sustainable building envelope and mechanical system renovations under the "Green Repair Program" in 2011 and the "Accelerated Repair Program" in 2014. The goals of both programs are aligned with BWA's commitment to sustainability and resource efficiency. The projects under these programs require a disciplined approach to meet typically very tight deadlines in order for the work to be completed during the summer. The projects typically involve one or a combination of roofing, windows, doors, and boiler/HVAC systems replacement.
