BWA Architecture worked with Dorchester Bay EDC's staff and residents on the Affordable Housing Preservation of Cottage Brook Apartments. The substantial rehabilitation of the 90 year-old, 147-unit apartment portfolio scattered throughout Boston's North Dorchester and Roxbury neighborhoods included moderate to substantial building envelope and interior renovations.
