BWA Architecture designed 20 market and affordable rate housing units in seven wood framed two-story buildings. BWA’s consistent approaches to detailing and siting contributed to a true sense of neighborhood while maintaining the privacy of residents. The project included overall landscaping, residential parking and play spaces. BWA paid special attention to creating public, semi-private and private outdoor spaces for the residents.
